Aaron Stielstra

The coolest thing about Aaron Stielstra is that his hands appeared,
twice, on episodes of “Buffy The Vampire Slayer.”
They were long, thin and bony. Generally speaking, he had a
very evil slant to all his features, which was not necessarily
a bad thing as he was kind of a handsome devil. He was slated
to play Valentine and a few other characters in Faust, but got
sick in the final week of performances and didn’t actually
make it onto the stage until the third night of the run. For
the first two performances, I played Valentine and Erik Dominguez
covered his other roles, which was fun considering I had to
run back to the lighting booth to hit sound cues between scenes.
Luckily, we both fit into the same costume, though it looked
baggier on Aaron, and it could have been worse: he could have
been playing one of the female roles.
