Alison Miller
Alison Miller came to No Nude Men through her long-time boyfriend Wylie Herman, who she first saw playing Tim in Love, Egos, Alternative Rock. It took several years to convince her to join him on the stage but she finally made her debut as Eponine (amongst others) in the thirty minute Les Miserables we brought to the 2006 San Francisco Theater Festival. A total natural, Alison projected like a mofo, coughed up invisible blood all over the stage, and climbed the charricade with the best of them. When Wylie pulled a groin muscle at some point in the show, she packed him up in the car and drove him to the cast party at The Chieftain. Really: she is the total package. Sadly, she spends most of her year teaching college English to world’s less educated, so it may be a long time before she takes the stage once again, but I hope she does. She’s tons of fun and much better than she thinks and we can also always use more actors with cars.
