Ayelet Arbuckle
Ayelet was a freshman my senior year, so we never got much of a chance to hang out, let alone work together, but she was fun and quirky and a fine actress with a very nice singing voice, so before I left I asked her to play one of the Jazz Girls in the second production of Wild Blue Peaks, which she did extremely well. A couple years later I bumped into her at an Oakland A's game and found out she was living in Palo Alto, singing in a band and working as a make-up girl. Jesse Baldwin and I tried to get her to play Britney Belle in Love Egos Alternative Rock, but she wasn't able to reconcile the rehearsal schedule with the rest of her life. Shortly after that she skipped town to pursue a life in music and any day now I expect to see her face on a poster in the display window of Tower Records. Just hopefully not for some kind of reality TV.
