Lissy went to school with my sister before my sister transferred into a private school, and for a long period of time I rarely hung around my house without having Lissy underfoot. Once Robin was at Green Fields, Lissy kind of vanished, but years later she returned, as people often do, this time playing Helena in the Old Pueblo Playwrights staging of Rumpelstiltskin. I have to admit, it was funny seeing Lissy all grown up, but even weirder admitting I thought she did a pretty good job with what is probably the hardest role in the play. She made Helena very sensitive without being whiney, and that is nothing short of a miracle for a high school girl.
