Erin Prater
The younger sister of the girl I took to the Valentine's Day Dance my junior year, as well as the daughter of my landlord, Steve Prater, for a year and half, Erin was a cute, level-headed girl who gave acting a shot by stepping in to play the Slave in Salome, Horror Unspeakable's first full production. She had three lines, but she never complained, and got her chance for more stage time when Dawn Acuna later cast her as the female lead in Quicksilver's Hello Out There. She had a small part as a gypsy in Josh Galyen's The Forced Marriage, and, along with her younger sister, Lauren, made a very memorable entrance to the theme from "I Dream of Jeanie".
